Founded by company director Trevor Wenham,
Wenham Constructions has been building premier residential and commercial buildings throughout Perth for over 30 years. In 2008 Trevor was joined by Construction Manager Noel Wenham who brings valuable skills and knowledge to the company. An experienced Civil Engineer (BEng, BComm), Noel’s understanding of construction, planning, scheduling and estimating ensures projects are well managed and completed to an outstanding level. As a specialised boutique building company Wenham Constructions prides itself on developing strong, trusting architect and client relationships and producing unique properties through exceptional service, materials and workmanship.
